CC's Photography Guarantee
We take great care in packing your goods prior to delivery, to help ensure they arrive with you in good condition. If you do notice damage or a fault with your product then please contact us immediately. We are unable to accept returns of good which are simply unsuitable or unwanted.
If you need to return an item you must inform us in writing and return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them. You are obliged to take care of the goods while they are in your possession. Please have a look at our Returns policy for details of how to return goods to us.
Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the goods (or the faulty part of the item) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). Simply return the goods to us unused.
Returns
Returns are the buyers responsibility to return and the buyer will have the responsibility to pay for said return . Simply return the unwanted item within 7 days, unused and with the packaging. We are unable to accept returns of good which are simply unsuitable or unwanted.
If you would rather have replacement goods, CC's Photography can arrange for delivery to you; this constitutes a separate contract between you and CC's Photography and the delivery charges will apply in the usual way (except where we are replacing damaged or defective goods).
Please also let us have the completed form and details of the refund or exchange you require. Please tell us why you are returning the goods - this ensures that we can improve our service in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. On returned goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.
We endeavour to process postal return refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 21 working days.
Order Procedure
After you have made an online order you will receive an email confirmation. We will then contact you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Order Acceptance and Contract
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you at the address you provide us with. Acceptance will be complete at the time that we send this email to you. It's worth remembering that any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the confirmation email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
